Life Groups+Inreach
Life Groups are the heartbeat of live here at Mountain Park. Not only do they provide a place for you to develop more meaningful relationships with your peers they are also a place where you can grow in your leadership skills and come alive with your gifts of hospitality. We have a few ways that you can get involved in our Life Group ministries, so if you have a passion for helping people connect on a deeper level to God and each other then this is the place for you.
LIFE GROUP LEADERS
We have leadership opportunities for you in our Life Group ministries. All of our leaders go through training and equipping in leadership and group dynamics to ensure that we have healthy and strong leaders for all of our groups. As leaders you are not only committing to lead your group, you are commiting to develop your leadership gifts on an on-going basis.
HOSTS
Maybe leadership is not your forte, but hospitality is. This is your chance to volunteer and do something you love to do at the same time. Whether it is hosting a regular group or hosting special events we want to see you involved. If you love entertaining and you like being around new people this is your best shot.
FOOD SERVICE TEAM
Great food and faith seem to go hand in hand and we have some tremendous opportunities for you if you love to cook and serve others. This is a great team for you if you love cooking and serving others great food. We do a lot of events throughout the year that centre on food and we have some great opportunities for you to express your gifts of hospitality and food preparation.
LASTING IMPRESSIONS
Lasting Impressions is the follow up to First Impressions. The purpose of this team is to connect with our guests and let them know we appreciated their visit and would love to see them again as well as answer any questions they might have. Our lasting impressions team also takes care of the regular attenders at Mountain Park to make sure that no one is left behind and everyone is cared for. Lasting Impressions volunteers will use email, phone, and personal visits to keep in touch with as many people as we can.
