Admin+Operations
We have a few really good volunteer opportunities for those of you who love office work and have the gift of administration. We are building a team that works with our office administrator to help make sure the church functions at its highest potential. We are building a team of daily office co-ordinators who love answering phones, typing and interacting with the people who use our building every day. We are also building a team that takes care of our building bookings and facility use schedule to make sure that when people use our church it is always a WOW experience.
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION TEAM
If you are a friendly, outgoing person/people then this a great opportunity to get involved in the front line team. You may be that crucial first impression that a searching person makes with our church, or you may be that familiar voice that people know and feel connected to when they are looking for something more from the church. The general responsibilities would include basic reception duties, facility rental administration, weekly church-wide calender updates, data entry and organization.
Commitment Level: 4 Times Per Month
Time: Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday from either 9am – Noon OR 1pm-4pm
COMMUNICATIONS TEAM
If you love administration and effective, direct communication and have a knack for pulling a lot of information from different places into one, easy to manage system then this is the right team for you. We are looking to build a communications team that would be part of crafting our Sunday experiences, communicate via email, website, phone, as well as write press releases for radio and newspaper.
Commitment Level: 2 Times Per Month
Time: 1 weekly meeting for 2hrs and then from home or the office
